‘Ulah Lagoon Cottage’ is located 30mins west of Walgett, NSW, on fifth generation farming property of ‘ULAH’—owned and managed by the Fleming family.

ULC was established as a jackaroo cottage in 1860, and carefully restored in 2018 to embrace it’s heritage. With original exposed cypress pine beams & pitched roof, ULC offers a modern and cosy space to relax and reset.

Bush walk, canoe, sit around the fire, relax & wake up to water front views.

Studio style cottage- containing first bedroom (queen bed), kitchen and living space.
Second bedroom (dbl bed) adjoined by verandah and modern bathroom.
Two car undercover garage. Functioning laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen + kitchen basics: tea, coffee, milk & cooking essentials (oil, s & p,)
